Four weeks to get one product off laptop deploys: image build, Kubernetes (or equivalent), rollback, secrets, and Prometheus/Grafana. €12,000 (50% up front) or €3,000/mo with a three-month minimum. Your cloud account — Bitscorp is a user, not the owner.
The wound
What this is for
Production is SSH and hope. The last deploy has no tag. Rollback is a rumour. There is no dashboard, so the first person who notices an outage is a customer. You do not need a platform org. You need one path that builds, ships, and tells you when it is on fire.

- A founder who will invite us to their cloud account — DigitalOcean, GCP, AWS, or equivalent — and will not ask us to own the billing
- Someone who will not ask for 24/7 on-call or a multi-region active-active redesign in the same SOW

Monthly in advance, three-month minimum. Capacity for the same cluster and pipeline, not a blank cheque for a second product.
Cap: two concurrent retainers studio-wide. Written SOW. No handshake starts.
Four-week Lift
What the weeks look like
Week 1
Inventory and refuse or take
Current deploy path, runtime, secrets, and whether the app is containerizable. If it is not isolatable in five days — or you are happy on Render/Fly and deploys already work — we stop. You keep the deposit unused beyond that week’s work.
Week 2
CI that publishes an image
GitHub Actions or GitLab CI: test, build, push. No “it works on my machine.” The artefact is the contract.
Week 3
Cluster, ingress, rollback
Kubernetes (or the equivalent we agreed in week 1). Ingress, TLS, secrets, one-command rollback. We do not invent product features on the side.
Week 4
Observe and hand over
Prometheus + Grafana (PromEx on Elixir when that is the runtime). Runbook, on-call notes for your team, demo of a deploy and a rollback. Optional retain starts here.

Before you book
That is the default because we have run it for game backends and web since 2018. If you are already healthy on Fly, Render, or a PaaS, this SKU is the wrong buy — we will say so in week 1.
Not on the Lift. The retain is weekday Slack on the cluster we installed, one business day. 24/7 is a different company.
We say so in writing. You do not pay the second 50%. You pay for the week of inventory you already received.
